材料
餅皮、雞腿、圓白菜、洋蔥
調(diào)料
炸雞粉(或鹽,酒,面粉,蛋液,面包粉)、鹽、沙拉醬
做法
1.雞腿3只(一只雞腿做一張卷餅,可以切成三小段)
雞腿去皮,去骨,處理成雞排
2.兩種方法做雞排:
a.用現(xiàn)成的炸粉腌漬,然后煎熟
b.加鹽,酒簡單腌漬,再裹面粉,蛋液,面包粉煎熟。
今天用的是現(xiàn)成的炸粉,裹上炸粉腌漬,可以在前一天晚上腌漬,第二天一早
拿來煎熟
炸粉可以隨喜好選擇不同的味道,做不同口味的卷餅~
3.搭配的蔬菜用圓白菜和洋蔥。
圓白菜洗凈切細(xì)絲,再拌入沙拉醬和一點點鹽,夾在餅里吃可以將味道做的略
濃一點~
洋蔥洗凈切絲,泡在清水里,去除辛辣味~
4.現(xiàn)成的袋裝餅皮,放入蒸鍋加熱幾分鐘~
5.平底鍋加一點油,放入腌漬好的雞排,一點耐心,煎到兩面焦脆.
煎到香香的雞排,可以做卷餅,可以做漢堡
6.最后把雞排切成條狀,在餅里卷入圓白菜沙拉,洋蔥絲,雞排
